Back to School

First day to school is usually accompanied by some anxiety, no matter you have been in school for years or it’s your first day in school. With that in mind St. John’s School Abu Road conducted back to school activities for LKG to Class V students. It stimulated introductions, get student talking and set the tone for successful classroom learning. Students got inspired by this fun and creative back to school activities and enthusiastically took part in different activities. The toddlers of LKG and HKG enjoyed making friendship trees, balloon balancing game, playing with dice etc, with Mrs. Sunita Sharma, Mrs. Pooja Kant, Ms. Huma Khan and Mrs. Pooja Jhamnani. Class First Students were over enjoyed to take part in activities like introducing oneself while passing the ball, the sensory box game etc under the guidance of Mrs. Vinita Sharma and Mrs. Preeti Sharma. Class Second and Third Student had the activities like Pick and Win, Jump with Card, Ballon Balancing etc with their class teachers Mrs. Neetu Motiani and Mrs. Reena Bhardwaj. Students of Class IV and V were eagerly taking part to choreograph a song and enact the dialogue from film. Mrs. Kumud Singh, Mrs. Archana Mishra, Mrs. Monika Bohra and Mrs. Namrita Chopra took initiative and involved all the students in activities. Teachers distributed sweets and gifts to the students. The Principal Mrs. Uma Shyam appreciated the dedication and co-operation among the helping teachers and students volunteers who worked well to make the days enjoyable and memorable in the students lives.
