Rainy Day

The tiny tots of St. John’s School celebrated ‘Rainy Day’ on 25th & 29th of July 2019. The little ones of LKG and HKG had a festivity time with their friends and teachers. Rainy Day is always a fun time for the kids and it makes the school environment light and mesmerizing for these toddler souls. They learnt slogans like water is precious, save water etc and recited rhymes. Students and teachers came all armed in their rain coats and umbrellas. The various activities like rowing paper boats in water tub, singing songs in rainbow colours etc were conducted by the teachers. Teachers also taught the children about the rainy season, that what they should eat in this season, what they should wear and what are the do’s and don’t of this season. The Principal Mrs. Uma Shyam toldthat such activites assist them to be extroverts and helps them to experience nature and its benevolence to human beings. Miss Huma Khan, Mrs. Sunita Sharma, Mrs. Pooja Kant , Mrs. Pooja Jhamnani aand Mrs. Dipali Agarwalk contributed a lot to make the days memorable for the kids. .
