Team Building Programme

To understand and improve on the team building skills a one day teachers workshop was organized in the school on 17th of June 2016. The resource person being the Principal, Mrs. Uma Shyam. She motivated the teachers by powerful, memorable and real life stories. Further she reflected on paying attention to the strength and limitations of each student and guided the teachers to reward the strength and strengthen the weaknesses of their students. Through innovative, aptly designed team building activities and games everyone learnt how to act together in order to turn objectives into results.
