Rang Children’s Day Celebration

Children’s Day was celebrated in St. John's School, Abu Road. Teachers dressed up in school uniform and conducted morning assembly. Followed by that teachers put up a spectacular programme for the students.

It was a nostalgic moment for the students when a group of teachers along with students danced on the beats of their favourite songs. Teachers performed not only on traditional and folk dances but also on western song.

The entire atmosphere was filled with melody when teachers sang solo and group songs. The Punjabi folk song sung by Mrs. Preeti Sharma was magnificent and kept the audience enthralled. Mr. Shreedhar Kumar portrayed as Chacha Nehru and children celebrated his birthday by cutting cake and singing ‘Happy Birth Day’ jingle.

The Principal of the school Mrs. Uma Shyam motivated students to live and enjoy childhood. She guided the students to use their immense in positive and constructive work.

To make the day a memorable one for the students, the class teachers planned interesting and energetic games, which students enjoyed a lot. The winners were awarded.
