Diwali Celebration

The festival of Diwali , marking the return of Lord Rama to Ayodhya after 14 years was celebrated with pomp and gaiety. The stage gave a festive look. The festive cheer and the enthusiasm of the artists echoed through the school. The events began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. The sparkle of Diwali began with a song on ‘Peaceful Diwali’. The students enjoyed the dances which were skillfully rendered. The scintillating dance performance by Kashvi of I/B cheered the audience. The mixture of Diwali and Rajasthani folk dance by students of Class XI mesmerized the audience. The skit by the primary students on ‘Use of crackers without pollution’ synchronized with music made the audience aware of pollution on animals and birds. The Principal appreciated the efforts of the students and advised them to use eco friendly ways of celebrating Diwali. The celebration ended with illuminating eco-friendly crackers.
