Fancy Dress Competition

St. John’s School of Abu Road celebrated National Youth Day on 11th January 2020 to commemorate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda. The main objective behind the celebration was to propagate the philosophy and ideals of Swami Vivekananda for which he lived and worked. The celebration begin with lighting of lamp to pay tribute to Swami Vivekananda. The school choir group presented a melodious song devoted to Vivekananda. A Dance – Drama performance by L.K.G. students gave the message of unity. A mono act by Rituraj Singh as Swami Vivekananda of Class VIII showed some important events of Swami Viveknanda’s Life. The message being that every human being is a decorated image send by God. A dance performance by the students of Classes 4th to 6th was devoted to Swami Vivekanada. The school Principal Mrs. Uma Shyam motivated the students to use their energy and time in the right direction.
