Recreating the History

On 14th of August 2019, St. John’s School of Abu Road conducted a skit competition for the Classes VI to VIII on the topic – “Recreation of History”. In this all the classes presented various historical incidents in a small drama/ skit form. The various topics/incidents which were depicted were: Mangal pandey – Revolt of 1857, formation of INA by Subhash Candra Bose, The brave lady – Begum Hazrat Mahal, Rani Laxmi Bai, Bhagat Singh’s Sacrifice for the motherland and Panna Dhay the History of Mewar. All these young artists were directed and guided by their respective Class Teachers. Mrs. Uma Shyam the Principal of the school praised and appreciated all these budding artists. .
