Rakhi Making Competition

On the occasion, St. John’s School Abu Road organized a special Rakhi Making Competition for the students of Class III – VIII. The participants made beautiful Rakhis, Rakhi Cards, Rakhi Box, Gift Boxes and Mehendi Designs. Students put their best efforts to prepare colourful and aesthetically designs rachis, cards, boxes, etc. The basic theme being organizing the event was to increase the creativity of the students and familiarize them with customs and rituals followed on Raksha Bandhan. Principal Mrs. Uma Shyam Said that festivals inculcated moral values among the students and explained its significance in their lives. She also congratulated the winners and encouraged them to continue participating in such activities that hove their skills and improve their confidence. .
