Community Service Class IX – X

On 5th of December 2017, the students of classes IX and X went to a nearby tribal school – ‘Government Upper Primary School, Manpur’ for their community service. The students of the SJS created an awareness regarding personal hygiene and need to keep the surroundings clean. They also spoke on the importance of sports in students life and tried to create an energetic environment through songs and role plays. The students of the tribal school in return sang folklore songs and interacted with one another. As a token of love and care the students of SJS donated 200 steel plates for the Mid Day Meal. Students learnt to be more sensitive towards the under privileged people.
