Concept Ad Competition

Creative expression is a great way to build self confidence. To provide students a space to demonstrate their understanding of the world of advertisement, Concept Ad Competition was organized. It gave a platform to the talented students to showcase their creative ability and it acquainted then with the promotional strategies in marketing through advertisements. It was a group event where students from Classes VI to X participated with great zing and enthusiasm. The challenge was to incorporate the theme “Make in India” in their advertisement in addition to promoting the product to be advertised. Each entry represented two rounds; a Radio Jingle and a Live Advertisement Round. All the teams presented innovative Ads and made the audience understand that their product is better than the competition. The Radio Jingle and Live Ad Round had excellent input of humour along with commercial and social messages. Besides showing Ads with the message “Make in India” it provided a great outlet for children to explore a wide range of feelings and develop critical thinking and problem solving skills.
