Teacher Enrichment Programme by Mr. Devesh Dewang from ISID & Mr. Rishabh Khanna (Cognitive Scientist & Certified NLP practitioner)

Workshops are an effective strategy for changing teacher’s actions: A two day workshop was organized to develop the strategies for improving teaching – learning practices, child psychology and motivation. Mr. Devesh Dewang a Certified Training & Development Specialist, from ISTD emphasized on being more reflective about ones work. Through various games and fun filled activities he explained the strategies for improving teaching practices. Mr. Rishabh Khanna a cognitive scientist & certified Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner explained that our word creates our world so we need to be more specific while speaking. He also empowered each member to excel as educator through various activities which were entertaining and informative. He spoke about the latest educational reforms, practices and the best pedagogical tools to be used. The workshop would help to create a vibrant educator who value teaching and learning.
