Team and Capacity Building Programme To make the teaching learning process more enjoyable, an interesting and fruitful two day workshop was organized on 18th and 19th of June, 2018. The Resource persons Mrs. Nidhi Shah and Mr. Akashdeep Singh from Recon Image Management conducted the workshop on Communication Skill and Time Management. The two extraordinary personalities shared their views effectively. The workshop also reflected on creating a friendly, supportive, stimulating and structured learning environment. They also focused on life skills that would develop a positive behaviour with teachers which would help individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life and to create a better society. The second day’s workshop highlighted on team building skills. Mrs. Uma Shyam the school Principal conducted the workshop. She motivated the participants through powerful , memorable and innovative team building activities and games where everyone learnt to act together in order to turn objectives into results. Further she reflected on paying attention towards the all round development of the students. The videos shown were highly motivating. The workshops were great learning experience for each one.
